BULLYING AND TYPES OF BULLYING

Bullying
This is an act that involves the use of force, coercion, hurtful teasing, or threat, to abuse, aggressively dominate or intimidate.
It is a form of aggressive behavior in which someone intentionally and repeatedly causes another person injury or discomfort.
These actions are common and can be encountered in day-to-day life. They include actions that lead to attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and depression, as well as anxiety and even psychological torture.

TYPES OF BULLYING
1 PHYSICAL BULLYING
Involves the use of physical actions to intimidate and gain control over someone.
The physical actions may include hitting, kicking, tripping, pinching, and pushing or damaging property. This induces psychological torture of the target

2 VEBAL BULLYING
Verbal bullying involves mainly the use of insults, taunts, name-calling, and other types of verbal abuse to subject oppression to a target person. Nowadays, it often occurs via social media platforms.

It is anything about weight, appearance, racism, sexual or homophobic bullying.
3. CYBERBULLYING
What does cyberbullying mean?
Cyberbullying is a type of bullying in which the use of cell phones, instant messaging, e-mail, chat rooms, or social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter to harass, threaten or intimidate someone. Cyberbullying is often witnessed in children, who are now increasingly having early access to these platforms.

4. SOCIAL BULLYING
Social bullying is the use of various means to damage or destroy someone’s social relationships.
It is the second most common form of bullying, after name-calling. This type of bullying is also known as covert and relational bullying.
It is done with the intent to hurt somebody’s reputation, relationships, or social standing often done behind one’s back.
